Job Description
As Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, testing, and maintenance of instruments and equipment while ensuring optimal performance and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture, assemble, and install instruments and equipment, including soldering, wiring, and cabling work.
- Troubleshoot, inspect, and evaluate instrument performance by identifying failures, diagnosing issues, and performing corrective actions.
- Resolve design, technical, and operational issues to ensure reliable equipment performance.
- Drive workload balancing and implement initiatives to improve process efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and manage consumables and component inventories, including stock transfers to support operational requirements.
- Conduct research, testing, and analysis to continuously improve product quality, equipment design, and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and established work procedures.
- Support new product development, installation, commissioning, and technical improvement projects as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in instrumentation, electronics assembly, or a related technical field is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
