We are looking for a Logistics and Admin Assistant to assist with delivery coordination, customer support, and general administrative tasks.

Pay: RM 1,800 - RM 2,000

Working hour: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

• Coordinate customer bookings and update booking records in the company system.
• Monitor and follow up on delivery schedules with customers and suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain transportation-related documents and records.
• Update operational data using Excel and the company system.
• Provide after-sales support and respond to customer enquiries.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with daily office operations.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
