We're Hiring: Building Manager

Position: Building Manager

Location: Wisma Hong Bee, Georgetown, Penang

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the building.
• Coordinate maintenance, repair works, and contractor activities.
• Ensure the building, facilities, and common areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and building services.
• Handle tenant, visitor, and operational enquiries professionally.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare maintenance reports and coordinate with internal departments.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building Management, Property Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
