Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, train, and motivate retail crew to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and support the achievement of store targets.
• Manage cashiering activities, stock replenishment, and inventory control.
• Ensure proper product display, store cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Assist with staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and manpower planning.
• Support new staff onboarding and provide on-the-job training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
