Graduate Trainee Program (IT /Web & System Development) - intake September

Join our 9-month Graduate Trainee Program and gain hands-on experience in system development, web applications, and IT operations within a real working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance internal systems and web applications
• Involve in system design, coding, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot and debug system or application issues
• Support system integration and database management
• Provide technical support and guidance to users when required
• Liaise with external vendors for system-related issues
• Perform ad-hoc IT tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/Software Engineering/ related field
• CGPA 2.00 and above
• Aged 27 and below
• Basic knowledge in programming languages such as PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or related
• Familiar with web development and system development concepts
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Program Structure (9 Months)

• 1 week Soft Skills Training
• 8 months On-the-Job Training
