Job Description

• To coordinate import/ export shipment
• To assist in attending local customer/ overseas agents’ inquiries/ overseas correspondence
• To coordinate in respect of operation matter
• To ensure costing and billing is done correctly
• Follow all company’s Policies, rules and QMS procedures and standards
• Provide feedbacks or suggestion, as well as support and participate in Quality and / or Risk improvement initiatives
• Any other responsibility as relevant will be assigned from time to time by the management

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 year relevant working experience
• Knowledge of freight forwarding operation procedure
• Individual with good leadership qualities
• Pleasant personality
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Computer literate
