The Panel Clinic Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing claims for panel clinics, hospitals, or other healthcare providers. Familiar with clinical work or used to be Clinic Assistant before is a plus. This role involves ensuring that all claims are processed in accordance with the company's policies and within regulatory guidelines, while providing excellent customer service to clients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Panel Management:
- Maintain and update the list of panel healthcare providers.
- Ensure all panel agreements and documents are up-to-date.
- Handle panel provider registrations, renewals, and terminations.
Communication:
- Serve as the contact point between the company and panel providers.
- Handle inquiries, issues, and requests from panel clinics and hospitals.
- Ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of any administrative issues.
Documentation:
- Keep accurate and organized records of all panel-related agreements, communications, and documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and storage of documents for audits and reviews.
Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating panel provider visits, audits, or meetings as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., claims, finance) to ensure efficient operations with panel providers.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on panel status, new registrations, and any pending issues.
- Keep management informed of any changes or issues with panel providers.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative work, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and administrative software.
- Must have experience as a clinic assistant/panel admin clinic
