Photographer / Content Creator Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in editing and retouching photos to meet professional standards for e-commerce platforms and social media.
• Help prepare product image templates, including cropping, resizing, renaming, and labeling files with accurate product codes for each marketplace.
• Support uploading and managing product visuals across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring correct formatting, tagging, and proper image sequencing.
• Assist in editing product catalog videos to highlight garment fit, fabric textures, and key product features for online marketplaces.
• Help create short-form video content such as Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and behind-the-scenes clips for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, stylists, and the marketing team to produce visuals that align with seasonal themes and brand identity.
• Maintain a well-organized digital archive of all visual assets and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support basic graphic design tasks, including simple promotional materials and layouts using Adobe Illustrator

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome, or candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in operating professional cameras, lighting setups, and editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising for both photos and videos in online retail.
• Detail-oriented in preparing visuals with correct specs, sizes, and formatting for marketplaces.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deliver within tight timelines.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora) and social media trends is an advantage.
• Positive team player with a good eye for aesthetics and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design using Adobe Illustrator.

Additional Notes:

• May be required to work evenings or weekends during campaign periods.
• Full-time, Permanent role.
• Salary range: RM2,000 – RM3,000/month (based on experience).
