Demand Planning

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on sales trends, customer orders, and market information.
• Analyse forecast accuracy and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Project teams to understand customer requirements and future demand.

Supply Planning

• Develop supply plans to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Work closely with Production to align manufacturing schedules with demand.
• Monitor supplier performance and material availability.

Inventory Management

• Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and excess inventory.
• Monitor inventory turnover and slow-moving items.
• Review safety stock and reorder levels regularly.
• Support inventory cycle counts and stock reconciliation.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports.
• Monitor KPIs such as:
• Forecast Accuracy
• Inventory Turnover
• On-Time Delivery (OTD)
• Production Plan Adherence
• Material Availability
• Stock-out Rate

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within Supply Chain.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
