We are looking for passionate, caring, and energetic Preschool Teachers to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning activities based on the preschool curriculum.
• Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support children's cognitive, language, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Observe, assess, and document children's learning progress.
• Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and classroom displays.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development and daily progress.
• Participate in school events, meetings, training, and professional development.
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and multidisciplinary professionals to support children's individual learning needs.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, health and safety regulations, and child protection practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous preschool teaching experience is an added advantage.
• Passionate about working with young children.
• Patient, caring, responsible, and enthusiastic.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
• Willing to learn and participate in continuous professional development.
