Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications for both internal business systems and client projects.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Develop robust back-end services and APIs using Node.js.
• Design, manage, and optimize databases using PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, business stakeholders, and fellow developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Apply software engineering best practices to ensure code quality, maintainability, security, and performance.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, accelerate prototyping, and streamline testing.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers when required.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications across multiple environments.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and development processes.

Requirements

• Malaysian Citizen.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong experience with:
• React.js
• Node.js
• PostgreSQL
• Tailwind CSS
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web application architecture.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade, scalable web applications.
• Proficiency with Git and version control practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to understand both business and technical requirements.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.

Pay: RM3,678.98 - RM12,123.01 per month
