Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, specifications, and industry standards.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate design conflict resolution using Navisworks, Solibri, or similar software.
• Utilise Rhino and Grasshopper for complex parametric modelling and detailed fabrication drawings, particularly for curtain wall systems.
• Prepare construction drawings, schedules, material take-offs, and other technical documentation based on BIM models.
• Generate coordination reports, model updates, and documentation for project teams and stakeholders.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate between design and site teams to ensure effective communication and accurate information exchange.
• Support project teams by resolving technical and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry requirements, including Singapore BCA standards where applicable.
• Promote BIM best practices to enhance project efficiency and model quality.
• Explore and implement advanced BIM tools such as Dynamo and Enscape to improve automation, visualisation, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM experience, preferably in architectural or curtain wall/façade-related projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper.
• Familiar with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 collaboration tools.
• Solid understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination, and technical documentation.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
