Position: Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily ambulance operations and deployment
• Handle emergency and non-emergency booking requests
• Liaise with hospitals, clients, and medical teams
• Manage scheduling, dispatch, and documentation
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely response
• Support administrative and operational duties

Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Prior experience in operations/logistics/healthcare is a plus
