Job Responsibilities

• Manage a team of supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to execute project works on site.
• Coordinate site activities with the main contractor, subcontractors, consultants, and other site personnel.
• Attend daily site coordination and progress meetings.
• Resolve site issues and provide timely technical support to supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and the main contractor.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and enforce safety requirements among subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submissions.
• Maintain and monitor drawing registers and material submission records.
• Coordinate construction schedules, Combined Services Drawings (CSD), and site progress with the main contractor.
• Manage testing and commissioning activities to ensure successful project completion.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering or M&E construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Able to work independently while leading site teams to meet project deadlines.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,200.00 per month
