Job Duties 工作內容：​

• Responsible for daily baking operation
• 制作烘焙產品的日常生產
• Contact with logistics company for delivery arrangement
• 與物流公司聯絡有關運送安排
• Prepare our signature sourdough bread & pastries (Croissant, Danish, Egg Tart, Baguette, Doughnuts)
• 協助製作酸種麵包及其他烘焙食品(牛角酥，丹麥酥，酸種蛋撻，法式長包，冬甩)
• Ensure food preparation and food hygiene standards
• 確保生產過程按照安全及衛生指示和操作, 以達到公司品質要求

Requirements 要求:

• Non experienced candidates are welcome
• 歡迎無經驗者/畢業生
• Fluent in Cantonese or English
• 流利廣東話或英語
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic team
• 良好溝通能力及團合作精神
