Summary

This position will in charge of the partnership and liaison projects for our clients. He/she will lead team members in project management and account servicing duties for partnership and liaison projects to support Sales & Marketing functions. Focuses on resources planning and project executions with deliverables bringing committed performance and satisfactions to clients, and working along with different teams as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive efficiency in the process and and team, to streamline the workflow with technology.
• Lead a team of 3+ people and some part-time during peak season to deliver partnership and liaison projects for our clients and our own platform ranging from credit card Year-Round Offer and campaigns, payment solution, or other loyalty programs.
• Focus on project execution and resources allocations for assigned projects, supervise the project progress and ensure the delivery of projects’ KPIs and timeline
• Interface with clients and provide the best solution according to clients’ needs and challenges, perform account servicing duties up to clients’ standard and satisfaction on sales projects
• Work with sales or account servicing team on partnership and liaison projects proposal, and also involve in client presentation from time to time.
• Drive client satisfaction and business growth among the liaison business.
• Work on marketing projects to grow our merchants network including yearly dining awards, merchants day etc.

Requirements

• Degree holder with 5+ related working experience and team management experience.
• At least 2+ year experience in partnership liaison, credit card offers, marketing or account servicing. Experience in liaison / partnership project experience is a must.
• Organized, systematic, and with good project management to handle parallel projects that involve hundreds of merchant numbers
• Good presentation and communication skills. Tactful in client interfacing.
• Result driven and proactive in coming up with a more efficient way in execution.
• Able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility

Pay: $27,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
