As a Senior Network Engineer you will drive Level 3 network incident management, infrastructure performance, and security across enterprise multi-site environments, ensuring high availability and consistent standards.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead Level 3 incident management and root cause analysis for LAN, WAN, proxy, and load balancer environments.
  • Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across multiple manufacturing sites virtually, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Drive capacity planning and network enhancement proposals aligned to business and site expansion needs.
  • Own security vulnerability remediation on all managed network devices within agreed SLAs.
  • Collaborate with vendors and site IT teams to standardize and optimize network operations across all locations and region.


Who We’re looking for?

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related IT discipline; CCNP certification or equivalent is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 7–8 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure or network operations.
  • Experience managing networks across multiple sites or locations (virtually).
  • Well versed in routing protocols — BGP, OSPF, iBGP, eBGP and packet analysis tools (tcpdump, Wireshark,etc).
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia (regional support)
