The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Pharmaceutical/Product Specialist to join our pharmaceutical sales client's team based in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will manage the Johor territory, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and drive sales growth across government and private hospitals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Achieve assigned territory sales targets.
• Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Organize and conduct Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of physicians, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor competitors and provide regular market intelligence reports.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience covering government and private hospitals.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven.
