ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a hands-on HR & Admin Executive to be the operational backbone of GO-GENIE's Singapore office. You'll own the full HR lifecycle, keep the office running smoothly, and help build a workplace culture that people genuinely enjoy. This is a generalist role with real ownership — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, people-first environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across all levels — from job posting and candidate screening through to offer management and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation in compliance with MOM requirements.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including CPF contributions, allowances, overtime, and deductions.
- Administer statutory obligations including CPF, SDL (Skills Development Levy), and NS make-up pay in accordance with Singapore employment regulations.
- Draft, review, and manage employment contracts (fixed-term and permanent) in accordance with the Singapore Employment Act.

- Support performance management cycles — KPI tracking, performance reviews, and staff development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and a focus on constructive resolution.
- Manage MOM work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (EP, S Pass, WP) and ensure ongoing compliance with foreign worker quota requirements.
- Coordinate internal training programs and administer SkillsFuture and government-supported training claims where applicable.
Office Administration & Culture
- Oversee day-to-day office operations including procurement, vendor management, and facility upkeep.
- Plan and execute team-building activities, company events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as a culture champion — foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy workplace.
- Provide administrative support to leadership: scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
- Manage and track HR and administrative budgets with accurate reporting.
- Support ACRA-related filings and legal entity compliance obligations as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.

- Solid working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, Employment of Foreign Manpower Act (EFMA), and related MOM regulations.
- High attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — approachable, clear, and professional.
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary with annual performance-based review.
- Annual leave, medical leave, and all statutory entitlements in accordance with the Singapore Employment Act.
- A young, collaborative, and genuinely supportive team environment.
- Regular team activities, company events, and a culture built on transparency and trust.
