The Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading all testing and commissioning activities for MRT rolling stock projects. This role ensures all train systems are tested, integrated, and commissioned safely in accordance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations, ensuring successful project delivery and handover.

• Develop and manage the Testing & Commissioning (T&C) plan and schedule.
• Lead all testing phases, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Static Testing, Dynamic Testing, and Final Acceptance.
• Ensure all train systems are tested, integrated, and meet technical and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Project teams, clients, and contractors throughout the commissioning process.
• Lead troubleshooting activities, defect resolution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Monitor testing progress and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with railway standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Prepare commissioning reports, testing records, and handover documentation.
• Lead, coach, and manage the Testing & Commissioning team.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Railway Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning or Railway Engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in MRT, LRT, Metro, or rolling stock projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of railway systems, testing methodologies, and system integration.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
