Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap

• Ensure all user stories are clearly defined and development-ready.
• Establish and validate comprehensive acceptance criteria.
• Align user stories with product goals and technical feasibility.

Product Requirements

• Gather and refine user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and strategic priorities.
• Maintain backlog hygiene to support iterative delivery and clarity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), UI/UX designers, QA engineers, developers, and vendors.
• Facilitate consistent alignment among internal and external teams.
• Support Agile ceremonies and promote shared ownership of deliverables.

Customer Focus

• Act as the voice of the customer during product development.
• Interface directly with users to capture needs and feedback.
• Integrate user insights into iterative product enhancements.

Tool Usage and Communication

• Utilize tools such as:
• Microsoft Office
• Figma
• Spreadsheets
• Jira
• Confluence
• Other relevant tools
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation and transparency across workstreams.

Team Support

• Serve as a backup for the cross-functional unit when required.
• Guide backlog prioritization discussions to meet project milestones.
• Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment.
• Support project implementation by:
• Clarifying requirements with stakeholders and product development teams.
• Resolving issues and removing blockers.
• Ensuring smooth execution and successful project delivery.
