Responsibilities

• Assist in the organization’s recruitment activities to ensure that the best candidates are selected for each role and that the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, cost effectively and in accordance with the organization’s policies and standards

• Assist to develop and implement local and global recruitment strategies that are appropriate for the business need

• Evaluate external labor market conditions and internal employees’ turnover trends to recommend changes to the organization’s recruitment strategies

• Ensure that organization and government standards on recruitment practices are met

• Establish recruitment budgets, plan, polices, and programmes that will effectively implement the business strategies

• Register new joiners into company system and prepare onboarding documents

• To be proactive in creating a safe working environment for everyone and ensuring that HSE in-house rules are observed at all times.
