Job Summary

Drive business growth by managing client relationships, preparing proposals, coordinating installations, and delivering technical support in architectural and construction materials sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and clients to support business development
• Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for tenders and projects to secure new contracts
• Collaborate with the legal team to draft and finalize supply contracts ensuring compliance and clarity
• Coordinate with sub-contractors to schedule and oversee product installations as required
• Generate progress and market analysis reports on a regular basis to inform strategic decisions
• Provide high-level technical support to customers to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction
• Conduct proactive business development activities to identify and engage new clients

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Architectural, Construction, Building Materials, or related fields
• Established network of previous clients to leverage for business opportunities
• Proficient with technology tools and able to quickly adapt to new digital platforms
• Strong communication skills with good command of spoken and written English
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a flexible start-up environment, demonstrating creative problem-solving
• Experience managing large-scale projects and government tenders
• Leadership skills to guide teams and projects effectively
• Mandarin speaking ability
• Valid driving license
