Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation, shopdrawings and material submission
• Maintain project records, documentregisters and correspondence
• Liaise with supplier, factory, siteengineers, supervisors, and contractors
• Coordinate production schedules, materialdeliveries and site installation
• Support project planning and daily siteactivities
• Prepare compliance inspection requestsand QA/QC documentation
• Handle general project administrationduties.

What We're Looking For

• Some industry experience isideal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project managementtools
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressureenvironments effectively.
