Requirements

·        Qualifications in any discipline with prior work experience

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

·        Strong coordination, organisational, and time management skills

·        Good written and verbal communication skills

·        Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

·        Experience in supporting project teams in a fast-paced environment and/or procurement with the Public Sector is an advantage

Job Description

Reporting to the Project Manager, the temporary admin staff supports the Project Management Office (PMO)’s administrative and operational functions for the Student Attainment & Records (STAR) project. This role focuses on coordination, documentation, and adherence to project standards to achieve objectives, providing the following support:

  1. Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including preparation of agendas, meeting materials, and minutes of meeting
  2. Provide support for procurement activities, such as raising purchase requests, coordinating with vendors, and tracking procurement status
  3. Assist in the setup and maintenance of a conducive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment, including logistical arrangements and materials preparation
  4. Maintain and update project documentation and records in accordance with PMO standards
  5. Monitor project timelines and follow up on action items to support operational continuity
  6. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentations with minimal supervision
  7. Provide administrative and logistical support to the project team as required
