Job Description:

• Preparing progress claims, valuations and final accounts.
• Monitor project cost performance.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate progress claims.
• Attend project meetings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with clients to address inquiries, resolve project related issues, and maintain positive working relationships.
• Any other ad hoc works.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, construction management or any other related field.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledgeable about construction materials and cost estimating techniques.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
