We are seeking a QC Validation Lead to join our QC Laboratory team. The role reports directly to the QC Manager and is based in Ampang, Selangor.

• Lead the development, execution, and documentation of Analytical Method Validation (AMV) protocols and reports, ensuring analytical methods are accurate, precise, reliable, and compliant with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Conduct cleaning validation analytical testing, periodic validation reviews, and laboratory equipment qualification activities.
• Ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and compliance of Computerized System Validation (CSV) requirements within the QC laboratory environment.
• Support analytical method transfer activities and perform pharmacopoeial updates, gap assessments, and impact evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to validation, laboratory compliance, data integrity, and analytical excellence.

• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in Quality Control validation activities, including analytical method validation, cleaning validation, equipment qualification, and computerized system validation.
• Proven ability to independently develop and execute analytical method validation strategies while leading validation activities in accordance with regulatory requirements, including GMP, PIC/S, FDA, EMA, and ISO standards.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to guide, coach, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing work environment.
• Practical experience with the Waters Empower chromatography data system, including configuration and management of custom fields and system administration activities.
• Solid experience working in a pharmaceutical Quality Control laboratory environment with a strong understanding of laboratory operations, compliance expectations, and data integrity principles.
