Responsibilities
- Manage engineering projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery within project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational issues to achieve project objectives.
- Coordinate with NPI, manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams to support successful project execution.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, project documentation, and engineering reports to support customer and business requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing project updates and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Conduct feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and risk assessments to support engineering solutions and manufacturing processes.
- Support prototype development, product validation, and production readiness while ensuring manufacturability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in program or project engineering within the precision engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of precision manufacturing processes and high-precision measurement tools, including CNC machining and CAD/CAM software, with experience in quotation preparation, costing, and customer account management.
- Experience supporting customers in industries such as semiconductor, medical devices, aerospace, or analytical life sciences will be advantageous.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
