About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Aesthetic Therapist to join CLINIC RUI in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional aesthetic treatment services to our valued clients. As an Aesthetic Therapist, you will be at the forefront of our client care experience, combining technical expertise with exceptional customer service to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction and the reputation of CLINIC RUI as a leading aesthetic treatment provider.

Key responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns and desired outcomes

2. Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, body treatments, skincare procedures and other non-invasive aesthetic therapies

3. Maintain accurate client records and treatment plans, ensuring continuity of care across sessions

4. Provide professional advice on skincare routines, product recommendations and post-treatment care

5. Ensure all treatment areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene

6. Operate and maintain aesthetic treatment equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols

7. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and client loyalty

8. Stay current with industry trends and new aesthetic treatment techniques through ongoing professional development

9. Contribute to a welcoming and professional clinic environment that promotes client comfort and confidence

What we're looking for

1. Recognised qualification in Aesthetic Therapy, Cosmetology or equivalent relevant certification from an accredited institution

2. Proven experience working as an Aesthetic Therapist in a clinical or spa setting, preferably 2+ years

3. Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients and their effects on different skin types

4. Proficiency in performing facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and other aesthetic procedures

5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain treatment options and post-care instructions clearly to clients

6. A professional and empathetic approach to client interactions, prioritising client comfort and satisfaction

7. Sound understanding of health and safety regulations, infection control and hygiene standards

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinic environment

9. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of service delivery

10. Preferred: Experience with advanced aesthetic technologies or additional certifications in specialised treatments
