Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing on ERP system features to identify software defects and verify system functionality
- Execute test plans and document test results to ensure new features meet business requirements
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to analyze business requirements and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Manage defect tracking and communicate issues effectively to development teams for resolution
- Apply knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies to improve test coverage
- Demonstrate attention to detail by accurately documenting findings and test cases
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment by learning new technologies and processes independently and within a team
- Support cross-functional collaboration to enhance software quality and business process understanding
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and software testing practices
- Organized and methodical approach to completing assigned tasks
