Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff to achieve high performance and service excellence
- Manage stock levels of consumables and spare parts to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Train employees on cleaning procedures and the use of latest cleaning technology to enhance efficiency
- Certify that all cleaning equipment is safe and in good working condition before use
- Oversee escalations and implement performance management plans to address issues promptly
- Supervise cleaning team performance to ensure compliance with company and client standards
- Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks to promote a safe working environment
- Collaborate proactively with clients to resolve site-related issues and maintain satisfaction
- Support continuous staff development to maintain a motivated and highly skilled workforce
- Perform cleaning duties proficiently to meet both company and client quality standards
- Supervise all employee work on assigned sites to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
