What We're Looking For

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field

0–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration (local or international experience is welcome)

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Good communication and negotiation abilities

Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Knowledge of Bills of Quantities (BQ) preparation, with a willingness to learn and adapt

English ability of IELTS Band 8 or equivalent.
