Responsibilities 

• Develop relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and relevant authorities to secure product specifications for construction projects. 
• Monitor project pipelines and follow up on specifications to support successful project conversion and business growth. 
• Prepare and maintain reports on project status, market developments, customer activities, and new business opportunities. 
• Support marketing and sales initiatives through seminars, exhibitions, trade events, and branding activities. 
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, expansion opportunities, and competitive insights. 
• Collaborate with R&D teams to provide market feedback, support product development, and contribute to pricing strategies. 
• Achieve specification targets while providing technical presentations and product recommendations to customers and stakeholders. 

Requirements 

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, Architecture, Construction, or related disciplines. 
• Relevant experience in specification management, technical sales, or product specification within the construction industry. 
• Good understanding of construction practices, building regulations, and design compliance requirements within Southeast Asia. 
• Strong network with architects, consultants, developers, or construction industry stakeholders will be advantageous. 
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and travel when required.
