Responsibilities
- Prepare project cost estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents and commercial proposals for construction projects.
- Monitor project expenditure, track cost performance, and provide progress reports to support effective cost management.
- Manage contracts, procurement activities, and supplier negotiations to ensure cost efficiency and project value.
- Conduct cost evaluations, risk assessments, method statements, and cost-value reconciliation throughout project execution.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and project teams to coordinate commercial and contractual matters.
- Support tender evaluation, project documentation, and other quantity surveying activities as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, tender management, or commercial roles within the construction industry.
- Experience in gas systems, process piping, mechanical & electrical (M&E), semiconductor, or EPC projects will be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of construction cost management, contract administration, procurement processes, and tender documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for cost analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple project requirements.
