Job Description

Roadshow Planning & Execution

• End-to-end planning, coordination and supervision of corporate and public roadshows
• Develop schedules, timelines and contingency plans
• Source agents, manage logistics, leads and on-ground execution
• Enforce brand standards and messaging consistency

Business Development

• Identify and prospect new business units and revenue opportunities
• Facilitate partner meetings and support growth strategies
• Conduct market research, trend analysis and competitor bench marking

Outlet & Product Support

• On-ground support during product launches and campaign periods
• Coordinate staff training, promotional materials and in-store activations
• Primary liaison between marketing HQ and outlet teams
• Monitor sales performance and prepare post-launch reports

Others

• Ad-hoc duties and cross-functional project support as required

• 负责企业及公众路演活动的全流程策划、协调及现场监督。
• 制定活动时间表、执行计划及应急预案。
• 寻找及管理合作代理，负责物流安排、客户线索管理及现场执行工作。
• 确保品牌标准及宣传信息保持一致。

业务发展

• 寻找并开发新的业务单位及潜在营收机会。
• 协助安排合作伙伴会议，并支持业务增长策略的执行。
• 进行市场调研、趋势分析及竞争对手比较分析。

门店与产品支持

• 在产品发布及营销活动期间提供现场支持。
• 协调员工培训、宣传物料准备及门店推广活动执行。
• 作为总部市场团队与门店团队之间的主要沟通协调人。
• 监控销售表现，并准备产品发布后的总结报告。

其他职责

• 根据公司需求，执行临时工作任务及跨部门项目支持。
