Coordinate and supervise all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works to ensure compliance with project schedule, quality standards, and technical specifications.

Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions before implementation.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities on all M&E-related matters.

Oversee the installation of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection, electrical, ELV, and other building services.

Conduct site inspections to ensure M&E works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.

Monitor subcontractor performance, workmanship, materials, and installation progress.

Coordinate Testing & Commissioning (T&C), authority inspections, defect rectification, and final system handover.

Identify and resolve technical issues and clashes between M&E and other construction disciplines.

Prepare M&E progress reports, site records, inspection reports, and project documentation.

Ensure all M&E works comply with QA/QC requirements, safety regulations, and company standards.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in M&E engineering for building construction projects.

Strong knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection, electrical, and ELV services.

Able to read and interpret M&E drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.

Familiar with Testing & Commissioning (T&C), authority inspections, and building services requirements.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.

Knowledge of Malaysian building regulations, safety requirements, and QA/QC standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of Microsoft Project or BIM software is an added advantage.
