We are assisting one of our clients, a top Single-Family Office in Singapore, to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily financial accounting and bookkeeping of the family office and related entities (such as investment holding companies, SPVs, etc.).
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement).
• Assistance with fund management, including fund transfers, bank reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring.
• Responsible for liaising with external institutions, including auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory agencies.
• Support annual audits and tax filings (Corporate Tax / GST, if applicable).
• Ensuring that financial processing complies with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and related compliance requirements.
• Assisting in the establishment and optimization of financial systems, internal control processes, and reporting structures.
• Completing other finance-related tasks assigned by the manager.

This role is suitable for entry-level and junior candidates, including fresh graduates. Exposure to Big Four accounting firms would be beneficial.
