Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.

• Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

• Collaborate closely with other departments (marketing, operations, finance) to support integrated business strategies.

• Prepare and deliver high-impact sales proposals, negotiations, and contract presentations.

• Handle escalated client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction at all stages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

• MUST HAVE AT LEAST minimum 5–6 years of experience in sales or business development within the freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industry.

• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required for communication with clients and partners in Mandarin-speaking regions.

• Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team.

• Expertise in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

• Proficient in analyzing sales data and generating reports for senior management.
