Responsibilities
Contract: 6 months
Working Hours: 7.00am – 5.00pm
Work Schedule: 4 days work, 1 day off (Inclusive of weekends & PH)
Job Scope
Baking & Production Support: Assist professional bakers with daily preparation, measuring, and scaling of premium raw materials and ingredients according to standard recipes
Product Finishing: Support the packing, portioning, sealing, and labeling of freshly baked cakes and pastries to ensure they are distribution-ready.
Station Upkeep: Maintain the production floor’s high standards of organization and housekeeping so that workflow stays smooth.
Equipment Hygiene: Ensure production equipment, commercial baking utensils, and mixing components are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized in accordance with food safety regulations.
Carry out ad-hoc kitchen production duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
