Working Location: Megahub, 51 Alps Avenue, Singapore

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM

Salary Range: $5,690 - $7,810

Job Description

The Senior Logistics Engineer, Operations is responsible for driving technical readiness, process stability and continuous improvement through engineering support. The role focuses on equipment implementation, process optimization, troubleshooting and supporting new initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead testing workflow setup, equipment configuration and SOP/WI implementation.
• Manage equipment lifecycle including maintenance activities and technical upgrades.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Support NPI, new line introduction and process change activities.
• Provide machine and equipment-related training to operations teams.
• Act as the escalation point for technical and equipment-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement projects and technical implementation.

Requirements:

• Around 8 years of engineering experience with strong hands-on technical capability.
• Proven experience in process and equipment implementation.
• Experience in equipment setup, troubleshooting and process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage technical issues.
• Good understanding of SOP/WI implementation and operational processes.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
