Job Description
Responsibilities
- Liaise with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
- Attend and lead project meetings, site meeting, inspections and etc.
- Plan and manage project schedules, monitor work progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare and submit design drawings, technical data sheets, material submittals and other documentation for consultant approval.
- Supervise site installation, site inspections, commissioning activities, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Monitor project budget, manpower, and material requirements. Control cost and progress.
- Coordinate electrical wiring installations and system integration in accordance with project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations, and Singapore electrical standards.
- Work closely with project team and resolve all technical issue.
