Roles & Responsibilities:

• You are to carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations
• You are to ensure that the design documentation is safely & accurately implemented on site
• You are responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety
• You will undertake any other related duties as instructed by the Project Managers

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore or other tertiary institutions
• National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred
• Possess at least 10 years of construction site experience
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Proficient in Primavera Project Planning Tool
• Familiar in Primavera Project Planning Tool
• Familiar with local codes & regulations
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
