• Greet and welcome visitors at the office reception and direct to appropriate person/meeting room/office
• Answer and screen incoming phone calls
• Keep reception area tidy and presentable and ensure all displays are in working order
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
• Arrange international and local courier
• Perform administrative office duties

Requirements:

• Relevant experience and general knowledge of Receptionist procedures would be an advantage
• Diploma in relevant disciple
