Responsibilities:

• Full set bookkeeping of group accounts, cash, receivables, payables etc
• Prepare and ensure timely, accurate quarter-end closing and financial reporting to Management
• Responsible for banking relationships, all accounting functions and tasks, including fixed assets registers & inventory count
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary
• Preparation in filing of GST
• Ensure internal controls are adhered to and intact
• Collaborate with Sales and Project Managers for Billings and Receivables

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, ACCA or Diploma with strong relevant experience
• At least 3 years in Accounting experience
• Good working knowledge of IFRS and tax
• Work experience in a Start Up/ SME a plus
• Analytical, motivated and meticulous
• Self-starter who can take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently.
• Additional experience in HR, Administrative Operations a plus
• Experience with Xero and other accounting software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in Supply Chain and Logistics industry a plus
• Start up/ SME experience
• Experience in regional expansion
