The Senior Site Foreman (Architectural) is responsible for assisting the Site Superintendant in coordinating with sub-contractors and workers over site architectural works, ensuring work done is in accordance with specifications and quality requirements.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers.
• Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.
• Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks.
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
• Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
• Supervision of Subcontractors's work and ensure work done in accordance with specification and quality requirements.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place.

• Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team / department.
• Ability to make fast decisions.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Experience: 6 years of Building and/or Civil Engineering experience
• Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and details
• Completed at least 1 building project
