Advanced Instructional Delivery: Lead classroom and practical water training for ADAS Part 1 (SCUBA 30m), ADAS Part 2 (SSBA 30M) and ADAS Part 3 (SSBA to 50m) certification courses.
Operational Dive Supervision: Act as the designated Onshore Dive Supervisor for advanced training operations, managing panel operations, surface-supplied breathing apparatus (SSBA), and deck decompression chambers (DCC).
High-Complexity Drills: Train and monitor students in complex procedures, including in-water decompression, Surface Decompression using Oxygen (SurDO₂), wet bell operations, and the use of underwater hydraulic tools.
Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce flawless safety standards in strict accordance with the ADAS training management systems, AS/NZS 2299.1:2015, SS 511:2018, and AS 2815.5.
Chamber Operations: Deliver specialised modules covering on-site twin-lock compression chamber preparation, maintenance, and emergency hyperbaric first aid.
Prerequisites:
Current ADAS Diving Supervision – SSBA to 50m (Part 3), minimum 5 years experience
An existing ADAS Diving Instructor (DT) /Assessment Manager (ATAM) credential is highly advantageous.
Current AS/NZS 2299.1 occupational diving medical certificate (issued by an approved hyperbaric doctor).
Current Diver Medical Technician (DMT) or Advanced First Aid qualification, with oxygen resuscitation training refreshed within the last 12 months.
