Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and assist in assigned work station’s activities
Set-up the dining area and service station in preparation for the day’s business
Take all guest orders by following proper guest serving procedures
Consistently looking to increase satisfaction levels for guests
Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
Promptly and correctly deliver all orders to the guests
Clear all soiled dishes, glassware and cutleries from guests’ tables to dishwashing area
Perform daily and weekly housekeeping and cleaning duties according to schedules
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Service-oriented with a teamwork mindset
A supportive positive personality and can-do attitude
