THE ROLE

As Assistant Sommelier, you’re growing into real command of the craft — delivering wine recommendations with confidence, supporting inventory with precision, and starting to guide junior team members through their own wine journey. Across our Restaurant and Sky Bar, you’ll help guests find exactly the right bottle, every time.

YOU'RE THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF YOU...

•     Hold a WSET Level 1–2 Award in Wines, or equivalent knowledge

•     Bring 1–2 years of luxury hospitality or wine service experience

•     Know your wine regions and pairings and want to go deeper

•     Communicate wine recommendations with genuine confidence

•     Bring precision and organisation to inventory and service standards
