Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Support digital transformation and process optimization initiatives.

• Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.

• Coordinate with business users, project teams, and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.

• Participate in workshops, meetings, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Track project progress, risks, issues, and action items.

• Create reports, presentations, and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar) is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, Power BI, SQL, or data analysis tools is a plus.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
