Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist doctors during medical aesthetic procedures, ensuring seamless clinical support and adherence to established treatment protocols.
  • Prepare patients for treatment, including clinical photography, skin preparation, topical anaesthetic application, and verification of treatment readiness.
  • Conduct patient consultations to assess treatment suitability, manage patient expectations, and provide comprehensive pre- and post-treatment education.
  • Operate doctor-authorised energy-based aesthetic devices in accordance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and clinic SOPs.
  • Monitor patient comfort and clinical response throughout procedures, promptly identifying and escalating any concerns to the attending physician.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential treatment records in compliance with regulatory and clinic documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate patient treatment plans, appointment scheduling, and follow-up reviews to ensure continuity of care and an exceptional patient experience.
  • Oversee inventory management of medical consumables and treatment supplies, including stock forecasting, replenishment, and vendor coordination to support uninterrupted clinic operations.
  • Ensure treatment rooms, medical equipment, and clinical instruments are maintained in accordance with infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards.
  • Support the implementation, review, and continuous improvement of clinical workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service quality initiatives.
  • Collaborate with doctors and the clinic management team to optimize daily clinic operations, patient flow, and resource utilization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient enquiries, treatment coordination, and aftercare support, ensuring a high standard of patient satisfaction.
  • Support the onboarding and guidance of new clinical staff on operational procedures, treatment workflows, and service standards where required.
  • Participate in clinical audits, compliance activities, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
